Industries.
One studio, every domain. The same team that puts an ERP on a factory floor also brands a salon, screens ideas for a government hub and ships a D2C store. Twelve industries — one accountable partner from brand to build to growth, based in Gujarat and serving India & the UAE.
One accountable partner, from brand to build to growth
Most companies stitch together an agency for the logo, a dev shop for the site, an ERP vendor for the back office and a marketer for the ads — then spend the week translating between four teams that never speak to each other. We collapse that into one. The same studio that puts an Odoo ERP on a factory floor also names a salon, ships a D2C store and screens ideas for a government hub.
That means one brief, one roadmap and one team that owns the outcome — not a gap between vendors where accountability quietly disappears. Six pillars, twelve industries, held to the same bar whether it's a plant or a personal brand.
- Brand & Creative — naming, identity, packaging
- Web & Product — sites, e-commerce, apps, SaaS
- AI Systems — chatbots, RAG, OCR, deterministic scoring
- Enterprise / ERP — Odoo, custom ERP, GST, inventory
- Industrial IoT — LoRa, GPS & asset tracking
- Marketing & Growth — social, SEO, performance ads
Manufacturing, digital & engineered.
ERP that matches how your shop floor actually runs, IoT that tracks material through the plant, and a website that gets you specified.
Most manufacturing software is sold by people who have never stood next to a press. We build for the floor first, then the office — so book stock and floor stock stay in step, work-in-progress is a screen not a supervisor's memory, and buyers searching your capability find you instead of a competitor.
- Stock on paper, not in reality. The system says 400, the rack has 260, and you find out at dispatch.
- No live view of a job. A customer calls and three people walk the floor to find their order.
- Material walks off between stages. Raw stock and tooling move plant-to-plant with no trace.
- GST & job-work paperwork eats the office. E-way bills and challans typed twice; a mismatch holds a truck at the gate.
- You're not getting specified. OEMs search your capability and land on a five-year-old brochure site.
Manufacturing ERP that fits your process
Odoo — purchase, inventory, BoM and routing, sales and GST-compliant invoicing — so one source of truth replaces five spreadsheets. For Bharat Tools we ran a full Odoo ERP, live, with a 3-hour tools-delivery app on top.
Industrial IoT & material tracking
LoRa/LoRaWAN tracking so you see where a batch or asset is without walking the floor. Long-range, low-power, no dependence on Wi-Fi in a steel-heavy shed — running live for a leading cable manufacturer.
Websites that get you specified
Fast, SEO-ready sites with real capability and product pages — the kind buyers shortlist from. Delivered for Vaidik Industries, Radhe Extrusions, an 897-SKU storefront for Saffron Ventures and a 48-page site for Honest Label.
Brand, catalogue & growth
Product photography direction, spec-sheet and catalogue design, and B2B lead generation so the site brings enquiries. Deeper than an agency, broader than a dev shop.
Named-client reference to the cable manufacturer (Polycab) is used with permission; the public reference is "a leading cable manufacturer."
Automotive & EV, tracked in real time.
Live vehicle and asset tracking, EV-specific ERP, and brand-and-web for the mobility players building India's next decade.
Whether you run an OEM tracking thousands of units, an EV startup racing to launch, or a dealer juggling service and inventory, the same thing bites: vehicles and assets move, and your data doesn't move with them. We build the tracking and the ERP that close that gap — and the brand that makes buyers trust an EV they've never heard of.
You can't see the vehicle in real time
Units leave the yard and go dark — no live location, no status, no ETA — until someone calls to complain.
EV operations don't fit off-the-shelf ERP
Battery units, swap inventory, charging assets and service cycles don't map to software built for petrol dealerships.
Internal tracking is a WhatsApp group
Which vehicle is where, who has it, what state it's in — spread across chats and registers, impossible to audit.
A new EV brand has no trust
Buyers hesitate on an unknown name. Without a credible brand, site and clear specs, even a good product stalls.
Live vehicle & asset tracking
Real-time dashboards for location, status and history, with geofencing and alerts. We delivered live tracking for a major automotive OEM, jointly with Honest IT Group.
EV-specific ERP
For an EV operator we built an EV ERP with internal tracking, live — battery and swap inventory, service cycles and asset states as first-class, not bolt-ons.
EV brand, web & launch
SwapEV / Swap Automotive is our own EV brand and web build — naming, identity, website and the booking and enquiry flows a mobility launch needs.
Growth & attribution
Performance campaigns with real attribution, so for a category where a single sale is high-value you know which spend brought which booking.
Named-client references (Maruti Suzuki, Ebuzz) are used with permission; public fallbacks are "a major automotive OEM" and "an EV operator." The OEM tracking was delivered jointly with Honest IT Group.
Agriculture & food, field to shelf.
Farm-to-fork ERP with QR traceability, organic-brand identity that earns a premium, and the web-and-social that sells it.
In agri and food, margin turns on two things: how well you move perishable stock through a long chain, and whether the buyer believes your "organic" claim. We build the ERP that manages the chain, the QR trail that makes the claim provable, and the brand that turns it into a premium on the shelf.
- The chain is a black box. Field, collection, processing, dispatch — each a separate register. When something goes wrong, you can't trace it back.
- "Organic" is unproveable. You farm honestly, but the buyer can't verify it, so you compete on price with produce that isn't.
- Perishable stock and wastage. No live view of what's where and how old it is, so batches expire and you find out at write-off.
- A commodity brand gets a commodity price. Great produce in a plain pack sells at the mandi rate.
- No direct line to the customer. Everything goes through middlemen; you never build the D2C channel where the margin is.
Farm-to-fork ERP with QR traceability
For True Way Organics we're building a 45-module farm-to-fork ERP — every batch trackable from field through processing to shelf, with a QR the end customer scans to see where it came from. The black box becomes a timeline.
Organic & food brand identity
Naming, identity and packaging that make an honest product look honest and command a premium. Satvik Planet is an organic brand and web build we delivered.
Web, D2C & social
Storefronts, ordering flows and social that open a direct channel to the customer. For Burger Wale (QSR) we run web and social — the same playbook that gets a food brand found, followed and ordered from.
Portals for the whole network
Where a business runs 40-plus farmer, collection or partner portals, we design role-based interfaces so grower, collection centre, processor and admin each see only what they need.
Public services, fair and on the record.
Citizen-facing sites in the local language, records digitised with AI and OCR, and deterministic AI that scores fairly and shows its working.
Public work carries a different bar. Citizens need information in Gujarati, not developer English. Paper records need to become searchable data. And where AI helps decide who gets screened in or how a grievance is routed, it has to be explainable and consistent — the same input giving the same output, every time. We build to that bar.
The public site is dead or unreadable
Broken, outdated, English-only, no mobile — citizens can't find a notice, a form or a contact.
Records are on paper
Registers and files that can't be searched, backed up or audited. One missing file stalls a citizen for weeks.
Screening is inconsistent
Manual assessment means different officers reach different decisions on similar cases, with no audit trail.
"Black box" AI is a non-starter
A model that can't explain a score can't be defended to a citizen, an auditor or a committee.
Citizen portals & municipal sites
Mobile, accessible sites in the local language with real IA — notices, forms, departments and structured complaint intake. We rebuilt Palanpur Nagarpalika as a modern Gujarati municipal site with a complaint-to-portal flow.
Records digitisation with AI & OCR
Paper registers turned into searchable, backed-up, audited data. Our Palanpur digitisation pitch mapped exactly this — a file lookup in seconds, not weeks.
Deterministic AI screening & scoring
A 0–100 score with hard gates, the same input always giving the same output, and the reasoning shown. For i-Hub Gujarat we're building an IMS with a deterministic screening assistant.
Grievance & workflow systems
Structured complaint intake, routing, tracking and closure, so a citizen's issue has a ticket, an owner and a status — not a line in a dead register.
Healthcare & AYUSH, careful by design.
Deterministic screening AI you can defend, data-quality and scheme-delivery systems for public health, and pharma brand-and-web that clears the compliance bar.
Health work is judged on accuracy, fairness and accountability. A screening tool that can't explain a decision, a scheme that leaks on dirty data, a pharma brand that trips a compliance line — each is a real risk, not a rounding error. We build deterministic, explainable systems, and brand work that respects the rules of the category.
- Screening is subjective and slow. Ideas and cases are judged inconsistently, with no repeatable standard and no audit trail.
- Scheme data is dirty. Duplicate, incomplete or mismatched records mean benefits leak and reporting can't be trusted.
- DBT and empanelment move too slowly. Direct benefit transfers and provider empanelment stall in manual queues.
- AYUSH adherence is hard to track. Patients drop off treatment with no system-level view of who's adhering.
- Pharma and health brands walk a compliance line. Too loud invites trouble; too quiet and no one trusts the product.
Deterministic screening & scoring AI
We built SSIP/Shreya, a healthcare idea-screening AI with a repeatable 0–100 assessment and hard gates — the same submission always scores the same, and the reasoning is visible. A fair, auditable standard replaces slow, subjective review.
Public-health data & scheme systems
Our PMJAY & AYUSH AI proposals target the real gaps — data-quality cleanup, faster DBT, quicker empanelment turnaround and AYUSH adherence tracking — each a Phase-1 MVP scoped to prove value before scale.
Pharma & health brand + web
We built the Honest Pharma brand and website — identity and copy that read as credible and clear the compliance bar. Careful claims, clean design, real trust.
Document AI for medical records
OCR and document AI to structure prescriptions, forms and records so they're searchable and auditable — the reliable base layer under any screening or reporting system.
Retail & D2C, built to convert.
Stores that convert, brands people remember, and marketing with attribution so you spend on what sells — from a 900-SKU catalogue to a launch-day label.
In retail and D2C the store is only half the job. A slow, cluttered catalogue loses the sale; a forgettable brand loses the repeat; and untracked ad spend burns cash on clicks that never convert. We build stores that load fast and convert, brands people come back to, and marketing you can actually attribute — one team across all three.
A large catalogue that's hard to shop
Thousands of SKUs with weak search, filters and structure, so buyers can't find what they came for.
A brand nobody remembers
A generic look means you compete on price and never build the repeat purchase D2C economics need.
Ad spend with no attribution
Money into ads, sales somewhere, but no line connecting the two — so you can't cut losers or scale winners.
Managing many brands at once
A portfolio owner juggling several labels with no consistent system, calendar or reporting across them.
Ecommerce stores that convert
Fast, mobile-first stores with real search, filters and a clean checkout. Saffron Ventures is our 897-SKU industrial storefront; Nyxo is a D2C store we run end-to-end.
D2C brand & packaging
Naming, identity and packaging that earn a second purchase. We named and branded labels like Keghan (76 SKUs, full launch strategy) and Satvik Planet.
Performance marketing with attribution
Multi-brand marketing with attribution tracking so you know which campaign, channel and creative drove which sale.
Portfolio & multi-brand management
One system, calendar and reporting layer across every label you own. We currently manage 35+ brands.
If it moves, we can track it. If it sells, we can build it.
One studio across twelve industries — engineered systems, credible brands and marketing that pays back.
Real estate, sold before the site visit.
Project websites that sell the site before the site visit, lead capture that doesn't leak, and the server and infrastructure to run it reliably.
A buyer deciding on a flat or a plot is committing years of income, and before they visit they judge you on your website — a broken, slow or thin site tells them the project might be the same. We build real-estate and construction sites that show the work credibly, capture the enquiry cleanly, and run on infrastructure that doesn't fall over when a campaign lands.
- The site doesn't sell the project. Weak galleries, no floor plans, no location story — nothing that earns a site visit.
- Enquiries leak. Forms that don't route, calls not logged, leads sitting unread — expensive traffic wasted at the last step.
- Slow or unreliable hosting. The site crawls or goes down exactly when a launch drives traffic to it.
- No infrastructure sense. A generic vendor builds a pretty page but can't assess the server and security underneath.
- Trust gaps. No credible "about", no past-project proof — buyers hesitate and go to a competitor who looks established.
Project & company websites
Credible, fast sites with strong galleries, floor plans, location context and a clear story — the kind that earns a site visit. We built the web presence for Chandan Ventures, a construction and real-estate business.
Lead capture that doesn't leak
Enquiry forms that route to the right person, log every lead, and connect to follow-up — so spend on traffic turns into site visits and calls.
Server assessment & infrastructure
We assess and set up the server, hosting, security and reliability under the site — for Chandan Ventures we scoped a server assessment as its own piece of work. A launch campaign shouldn't take your site down.
Brand & launch marketing
Identity, project branding and campaign marketing to fill the enquiry pipeline for a launch, with attribution so you know which spend brought the buyer.
Salon & wellness, branded and booked.
A brand that looks as good as your work, local ads that fill the chair, and social that keeps regulars coming back.
Your chairs are empty on a Tuesday — that's a marketing problem, not a talent one. The people three streets away don't know you exist, your Instagram hasn't been touched in a month, and your brand looks like every other salon on the road. Footfall follows attention. We build the brand, run the social, and place the local ads that keep your appointment book full — in plain language, without the jargon.
Quiet days and empty chairs
Weekends are packed, weekdays are dead, and there's no system pulling people in on the slow days.
A brand that blends in
Same look and feel as every other salon nearby, so nothing makes a new customer choose you.
Social that's gone stale
An account with three old posts and no plan, when your feed should be your biggest shop window.
Local customers can't find you
People searching "salon near me" or on the map don't see you, so walk-in intent goes to a competitor.
Salon brand identity
A name, logo and look that feel as premium as your service and stand out on a busy road. We built the brand for SNP Salon.
Social media management
A real content plan — before/afters, offers, reels, stories — posted consistently so your feed fills weekday chairs. We run social for SNP Salon.
Local ads that fill the book
Targeted local ads to people actually near you, tied to offers and slots you want filled — footfall over vanity likes.
Website, booking & local search
A simple site with services, prices and easy WhatsApp/booking, plus Google Business Profile so "salon near me" finds you first.
Logistics, "where is it now", answered.
Live shipment and fleet tracking, a website that wins the contract, and the systems to run dispatch without the phone calls.
In logistics, "where is it now" is the whole business. Your customer doesn't care how hard the route was — they care where their shipment is, right now, and when it arrives. If the answer is a phone call to a driver, you're losing time, trust and contracts. We build the live tracking that answers the question automatically, and the website and systems that win and run the work behind it.
- "Where is my shipment?" needs a phone call. No live tracking, so every status update is a driver call and a customer left waiting.
- Dispatch runs on registers and memory. Which vehicle, load, driver, route — spread across paper and WhatsApp, impossible to audit.
- No proof of delivery. Disputes over whether and when something arrived, with nothing recorded to settle them.
- A website that doesn't win contracts. B2B clients find a thin, dated site and doubt you can handle their volume.
- Idle assets and blind spots. Vehicles sitting unused, detours nobody sees, fuel and time bleeding out without a dashboard.
Live shipment & fleet tracking
GPS tracking with a live map, status, geofencing and alerts, so customers and dispatch see location and ETA without a phone call. We delivered live tracking at OEM scale — the same backbone applies to a logistics fleet.
Logistics websites & tracking pages
Credible B2B sites that win contracts, with a customer-facing tracking page so clients self-serve status. We built the web and tracking for SRC Logistic.
Dispatch & transport management
Systems for loads, vehicles, drivers, routes and proof of delivery, so dispatch is a screen not a shouting match — with a record that settles disputes.
Asset tracking & utilisation
RFID and GPS asset tracking plus utilisation dashboards, so idle vehicles, detours and blind spots surface as data you can act on.
The OEM live-tracking reference (Maruti Suzuki, with Honest IT Group) is used with permission; the public fallback is "a major automotive OEM."
Professional services & SaaS, live with payments.
Multi-role platforms with real payments, credibility-building service websites, and the infrastructure to keep them alive.
Professional-services firms and SaaS founders share two truths: your website is your credibility, and your platform is only real once it handles multiple roles, takes money reliably, and doesn't go down. Plenty of vendors build a demo. We ship multi-role SaaS that's live with payments — and we can recover the infrastructure when it breaks, because we've done both.
The platform is a prototype that never ships
Demos that fall over on real users, no payments, no role separation — stuck one step short of live.
Multi-role complexity
Clients, admins and operators each need their own dashboard and permissions, and bolting that on late breaks everything.
Payments are an afterthought
No integrated, tested payment flow, so the product can't actually charge and revenue stalls.
Infra breaks and nobody can fix it
DNS, hosting and domains fail, the site vanishes, and the original vendor is gone.
Multi-role SaaS with payments
We built Accurate Tender for AscentBid — client, admin and operator dashboards, live with a real payment gateway, tested and in production. That's the standard we build platforms to.
Service & firm websites
Credible sites that make an expertise-led firm look the part. We built the Tanishi Services website — clean, trustworthy, built to convert enquiries.
Platform + infra recovery
For MyMillionLine we built the platform, then recovered the DNS and infrastructure when it broke, and ran the marketing — a rare skill most web vendors don't have.
Deterministic AI & automation
Where a workflow can be automated — discovery, filtering, screening, document handling — we add deterministic AI and OCR so the platform does the tedious work reliably.
Social impact, made believable.
A website that tells your story and earns trust, clear ways to volunteer and partner, and the credibility a funder looks for before they commit.
Foundations do serious work with modest resources, and then lose supporters because the website doesn't show it. A funder, a volunteer or a partner checks you online first — a broken or thin site makes honest work look small. We build clear, trustworthy NGO sites that tell the story, show the impact, and make it easy to help, without pushing you into online donations you may not want to run.
- No credible web presence. Nothing online, or a thin page, so funders and partners can't verify who you are or what you've done.
- The story isn't told. Real impact, photos and programmes trapped in a printed souvenir, never turned into a site people can read.
- No clear way to help. Willing volunteers land on the page and find no obvious next step, so the intent is lost.
- Managing more than one entity. A foundation and a sister organisation, each needing presence, with no budget for two builds.
- Tight budgets, high expectations. The site has to look credible for a corporate CSR partner, on an NGO budget.
Trustworthy NGO websites
Clear, credible sites — home, about, work, gallery, get-involved and contact — built to earn a funder's trust. We built the Stellin Foundation site as a six-page static site covering its sister Alina Foundation too, rebuilt from a scanned souvenir.
Volunteer, partner & contact flows
Simple, clear calls to action — volunteer, partner, contact — so someone who wants to help has an obvious next step. We keep it to the CTAs you actually want.
Impact storytelling & brand
Turning programmes, photos and outcomes into a clear, dignified story and a warm, humanitarian identity — the kind that makes a corporate CSR partner take you seriously.
Multi-entity presence on a budget
Where you run more than one organisation, we build a shared, efficient set-up — as we did for Stellin and Alina — so two entities don't cost two full builds.
Personal & creator brands, you, made obvious.
A personal brand and site that make you the obvious choice, and the identity a creator needs to be taken seriously.
When your name is the business, your presence is the pitch. Before a client, an investor or a collaborator meets you, they look you up — and if what they find is a stray social profile and no clear story, you've lost the first impression. We build the personal brand, the identity and the site that make you the obvious, credible choice before the first conversation.
No home base
Your presence is scattered across social platforms with no site that owns your story, your work and your contact.
You look like an amateur next to your work
The work is strong, but the brand and presence don't match it, so you're underestimated.
No clear positioning
People can't say in one line what you do and why you, so introductions and referrals fall flat.
Nothing that converts attention
Even when people find you, there's no clear next step to hire, collaborate or follow.
Personal-brand websites
A clean home base that owns your story, work and contact — the first thing people find and the reason they choose you. We built sites for Mukund Shukla, Harsh Parekh and Hardik Vyas.
Creator brand identity
Naming, logo and a distinct look that make a creator look professional and get taken seriously by brands and platforms. Artist House is a creator brand we built.
Positioning & story
The one-line answer to "what do you do and why you", carried consistently across your site and profiles, so referrals land and people remember you.
Social presence & growth
A consistent content presence and profile set-up that turns attention into followers, clients and collaborations, with clear next steps.
We ship things that go live and stay live
A pilot that dies in a slide deck helps no one. Across every industry on this page we build production-grade systems — live Odoo ERP, live LoRa and GPS tracking, stores that take real payments, screening AI that shows its working — and then we stay after go-live with AMC, staff training and a roadmap.
Because brand, product, AI and growth come from the same room, nothing falls into the gap between vendors. You get one team that understands GST and job-work as well as it understands positioning and packaging.
- Production-grade by default — real deployments, not prototypes
- One roadmap across brand, product, AI and growth
- On-site in Gujarat, remote across India & the UAE
- We stay after launch — AMC, training and iteration
What one accountable partner changes.
The value isn't only in each capability — it's in never having to project-manage four vendors who blame each other.
If it's digital, we should talk.
Tell us what you're building, launching or trying to grow — even if it's half-formed. We read every brief.
