Odoo implementation
Odoo covers most of what a growing business needs — sales, purchase, inventory, accounting, manufacturing — if it is configured to your real process instead of forced onto a default. We implement, customise and roll out Odoo with your workflows, and we have it running live in production, including the Bharat Tools ERP. We migrate your existing data and train your team.
Custom ERP development
When your process does not fit any platform, we build ERP from the ground up around how you actually operate. This is our depth — True Way Organics is a 45-module farm-to-fork ERP we are building, covering the chain from field to finished product. Custom ERP is heavier, so we build it in stages and only where a platform genuinely cannot fit.
Inventory management
Inventory is where money hides and leaks. We set up inventory that tracks stock by location, batch and movement in real time, so what the screen shows is what is on the rack. Reorder points, valuation and stock-take stop being monthly guesswork. This is often the first module we switch on because it pays for itself fastest.
GST billing & accounting
Indian billing has to be right — correct GST rates, HSN/SAC codes, e-invoicing and returns that reconcile. We set up GST-compliant billing inside the ERP so invoices, tax and books stay in sync and your CA is not fixing entries at month-end. We know the Indian compliance detail because we run our own invoicing on it.
Manufacturing ERP
For manufacturers we connect the shop floor to the office — bills of material, work orders, production tracking and finished-goods flow. Ebuzz runs a live EV ERP with internal tracking that we built, tying production to inventory and dispatch. The point is that what production completes shows up instantly in stock and in what sales can promise.
Traceability & QR
For food and agriculture, buyers increasingly want to know where a product came from. We build traceability that follows a batch from origin to shelf, exposed to the end customer through a QR code they can scan. The True Way Organics build includes exactly this farm-to-fork QR traceability, turning provenance into a selling point.
Integrations & migration
