An organic product is only worth more if you can prove its story.
Belief is the whole business — and belief needs proof.
True Way Organics works in organic agriculture, where the value of the product is inseparable from its story. An organic tomato is worth more than an ordinary one only if you can believe it is what it claims to be — grown a certain way, on a known farm, handled through a clean chain.
Farm-to-fork is not a slogan here; it is a data problem. Every hop — field, harvest, processing, packing, storage, distribution, retail — is a place where the story can break or be forgotten. Capturing all of it, across a real agricultural operation with dozens of functions, is why the system spans forty-five modules.
- Provenance tied to the operational ledger, not a printed label
- One data spine across every stage from field to shelf
- Built for a real, seasonal, non-desk agricultural operation
Unbroken traceability across a chain that is messy in the real world.
Faithful capture, from people whose job is farming.
Agriculture does not happen in a clean warehouse — it happens on farms, in the field, through seasons, with people who are not sitting at computers. To let a customer scan a QR code and see where their produce genuinely came from, every link before that scan has to have been recorded faithfully, in the field.
The second challenge is breadth. Forty-five modules is not a number chosen for effect — it is what it takes to cover procurement, cultivation, harvest, processing, packing, inventory, quality, distribution and sales as one coherent system rather than forty-five disconnected tools.
- Capture that survives the field, not just the desk
- Every batch stays the same batch across all stages
- Coverage of the whole operation, not islands of software
One connected system, field to shelf.
A 45-module ERP for the whole chain
We are building a custom ERP that covers the organic supply chain end to end — from what goes into the ground to what reaches the shelf — as a single connected system. Each module handles one part of the operation, but they share one data spine, so a batch is the same batch whether you are looking at it in cultivation, in packing or in dispatch.
QR traceability from field to shelf
The traceability layer ties the physical product to its record. A pack carries a QR code that resolves to the genuine history of that batch — where it was grown and how it moved through the chain. Because the QR is backed by the same ledger the operation runs on, it tells the truth rather than a marketing version of it.
Role-based portals for a non-desk workforce
A farm-to-fork operation has many kinds of user — field staff, processors, quality checkers, distributors, administrators — and each needs a portal shaped to their job and simple enough to use where they actually work. We designed the interfaces around real roles, not a single generic screen.
Provenance you can prove with a scan.
The system is In build — an honest status for a project of this scope. When live, it will let True Way Organics prove provenance with a scan and run the whole chain on one connected ERP instead of scattered records. Targets below carry placeholders until the build is in production.
Status: In build. Figures above are targets and are marked as placeholders until the system is live in production.
The QR tells the truth, not a marketing version of it.
Because the code is backed by the same ledger the operation runs on.
Questions we get about agri ERP.
What is a farm-to-fork ERP?
It is one connected system covering an organic supply chain from field to shelf — procurement, cultivation, harvest, processing, packing, distribution and sales — so a single batch stays traceable at every step.
How does QR traceability actually prove provenance?
The QR code on a pack resolves to that batch's real recorded history in the ERP, not a static label — so it reflects where the produce was grown and how it moved, backed by the operational ledger.
Why does it need 45 modules?
A real farm-to-fork operation has many distinct functions and user roles. Forty-five modules is the coverage needed to run all of them as one connected system rather than disconnected tools.
Can field staff who aren't desk users work with it?
Yes. Each role gets a portal shaped to their job and simple enough to use in the field, because unbroken traceability depends on faithful capture by non-desk workers.
