A missed tender is a missed opportunity that never comes back — and the finding is the drudgery. AscentBid Consultancy needed that drudgery turned into a platform.

Winning tenders starts with finding them, and the relevant ones are scattered across sources, published constantly, and easy to miss. Accurate Tender is the product Uminber built for AscentBid to turn that hunt into a platform: discover the right tenders, manage them, and pay for access — all in one live SaaS.

Different people need different things from a tender platform. A subscriber hunting for opportunities, an administrator running the service, an operator managing the pipeline — each needs their own view. So this was never a single-screen tool; it is a multi-role application from the ground up.

/ 02 — The challenge

Everything true before it takes a rupee.

The honest hard part is the distance between "we built a tender app" and "it is live, multi-role, and processing payments." Most projects stall in that gap.

A real SaaS is a lot of hard things at once.

Multiple roles each need the right access and the right dashboard — and must never see each other's data. Payments have to work correctly, because the moment money changes hands the margin for error goes to zero. And the whole thing has to actually be in production and taking real transactions, which is a very different bar from a prototype that demos well.

Distinct experiences for client, admin and operator — each with its own dashboard, permissions and data boundaries. Role separation is not bolted on later; it is the spine of a serious SaaS, built in from the start.

Tender discovery as the core job

At the centre is the discovery experience: surfacing relevant tenders to subscribers so opportunities are found rather than missed. This is the reason the product exists, and everything else supports it.

Live payments in production

We integrated online payments and took the platform live with them working. That is the line that separates a demo from a business: people can subscribe to Accurate Tender and pay for it, right now.

Deployed, hosted and standing on its own

The platform is deployed to production on live infrastructure with its own domain and a real database behind it. It runs as a product, operated day to day, not a prototype parked on a laptop.
