An EV business runs on two truths at once.

Ebuzz is an electric-vehicle company, and an EV business has two halves that usually live in different tools. One half is the business of building and selling — inventory, procurement, orders, service, the paperwork of a manufacturer. The other half is the vehicles themselves: where they are, whether they are moving, how the fleet is behaving in the field. Most companies run the first in an ERP and the second in a separate tracking app, and the two never speak.

Ebuzz wanted them in one place — the operations of the company and the live location of its vehicles under one roof, so a decision made in the office and a fact happening on the road are looking at the same reality.

ERP and telematics have different rhythms.

Transactions vs. a live stream

Two data speeds under one roof.

The hard part is that ERP data and telematics data have completely different rhythms. An ERP thinks in transactions — an order placed, a part received, an invoice raised — events that happen and settle. A tracking system thinks in a continuous stream — position, every few seconds, forever, from many vehicles at once.

Putting both in one system means handling a steady flood of live location data without drowning the transactional side, and presenting the two together in a way that is genuinely useful rather than just two apps behind one login. For an EV company specifically, the fleet is not incidental — it is the product in motion. So the tracking had to be reliable enough to be operational, not a novelty map.

One roof over operations and the road.

A custom ERP fitted to an EV operation

We built the ERP around how Ebuzz actually runs — inventory, procurement, orders and the operational records an EV manufacturer needs — rather than bending a generic template. It is the transactional backbone: what was bought, built, sold and serviced.

Internal real-time vehicle tracking

Alongside it we built internal tracking that shows the fleet live — vehicle positions updating in real time, on a dashboard the team uses to see the field at a glance. Because it is internal and purpose-built, it is tuned to Ebuzz's fleet and questions, not a generic third-party tracker bolted on.

One roof over operations and the road

The value is the union. Operations data and live location sit in the same system, so the office and the field are not two separate truths. A person looking at the business and a person looking at the fleet are looking at parts of one picture.
